Paint your Plant
KELSIE WHITE
Workshop 2 hours
Sunday 17 October 2021 - 9.30am to 11.30am

Create a fun and beautiful watercolour painting of your plant!
About the Workshop
Paint your Plant!

Discover the basics of watercolour, as you mix some paint, try out some techniques and leave with a special portrait of your very own plant!

This is not a botanical illustration class - Kelsie's style is much more relaxed and will allow you to have fun, play and capture your plant in a modern illustrative style.
Perfect for anyone wanting to try out watercolours, create some personal art for their home or looking for a fun and creative way to spend some creative time.
You are welcome to bring your own plant along (something small please!), paint a plant on the table on the day, or Kelsie will have a few to select on the day.

Meet the Artist
Kelsie White
As a trained graphic designer, Kelsie constantly moves between digital and analogue art making processes.
Kelsie starts to begin with sketching, creating textures with watercolour and scanning her artwork in to edit it digitally. She then creates and designs with an end product in mind most times and works in a variety of mediums from painting to video making, to create products such as prints, cards, fabric, ceramics and more.
Kelsie loves watercolour, gouache and bright colours!
